    1. Maintenance complete

      The infrastructure maintenance work is complete. Everything went well, with no downtime.

    2. Infrastructure maintenance this evening

      Acid Remap will be performing configuration upgrades on our backend services on Jul 30, 2026 starting at approximately 6:00 PM Pacific / 9:00 PM Eastern time.

      We are not expecting any services to go down during this work, but the nature of it involves a measure of risk, so we wanted to let our customers know just in case. If any services go down, we will post updates here.

    1. Portal access restored

      The self-service portal went down for about 15 minutes this morning. Access is now restored.

      A code deploy for a non-production environment deleted some permission configuration that connected the self-service portal to the files that power it. That was, obviously, unintentional, but we still apologize for any disruptions to your work that may have happened during that interval.

    2. Administrative Portal has recovered.

    3. Administrative Portal appears to be down.
